The Day 1 Monday

After a long, long journey of our guests, we had a nice morning with a welcome speech and ice breaking games. After lunch, we started to work on the theme of the project: Closer to the Nature, what you know you respect. We did it with photografer Harri Tarvainen. He told us how to see one's surroundings from the different perspective with a camera in hand. We already took some beautiful photos yesterday and we will continue to observe the environment in Rovaniemi. In the afternoon students went skating and sledding and teachers made a nice little walk in the snowing weather to the city center.
